One of the prominent aspects of the Sunshine Lady Foundation is The Women’s Independence Scholarship Program, Inc. which was created to specifically help mothers who face abusive relationships. The inception of this program was in 1999 and since then they have been helping single moms to reach their goals through further and higher education.
Another Women’s organization which has proved to be a great help for those needing assistance is the “Soroptimist Women’s Opportunity Awards”. Their main focus is to assist women by giving them the resources they need to improve their education, skills and job prospects.
